Chef Abram brings a wealth of experience leading iconic restaurants across the U.S., Caribbean, and U.K. Known for his expertise in multi-concept properties, he seamlessly blends creativity, precision, and approachability.

 

His culinary journey began in California, where he developed a deep appreciation for sourcing pristine ingredients. As executive chef of Eleven Madison Park, he helped the restaurant earn three Michelin stars and a coveted four-star review from The New York Times, solidifying its place among the world’s top dining destinations.
